Where have I gone wrong?

Hi guys, I moved qatar on September 2013. I'm under my father's sponsorship.

I have 3 years experience as a HR executive +degree, but no one calls me for an interview!

I even applied for clerk positions, but not even single call for an interview received! Is there a particular way to apply for jobs in Qatar?

I have an updated cv and I write my cover letter on the body of the email. Please tell me if there's any must follow instructions! Thanks.

Being Srilankan, dont see any issue, hopefully. Just a matter of time. Wish you all the best.

I'm a sri lankan. And I have residence permit. Ya, thanks for the idea of advertising on gulf times, blueboy007, let's try that too.. does it have to be on the top of the paper? Or just anywhere..

Are you on visit visa or its a residence permit ? There are visa constraints here in Qatar, so primarily a recruited see the nationality to ensure they have visa for that nationality. Secondly, there is very little concept of HR Philosophy in this market, so getting HR job is not easy. Try putting your Job Adv in Gulf Times classifieds, you will get good calls for interview.

First, what is your nationality? Other things, next.
