No need to wait. You can go ahead & give the test.

The RP or visa number stamped in your passport is the same visa number they will put in your Qatar ID. Yes you can have your driving test even just that RP stamp in your passport.

It's great to be loved!

Yes you can go on for your test.

If you have an Asian Driving license for ten years in your country, you are going to take a road test in the Traffic Department. But without that ten year license, you are going to school for 40 days school or if you pass it for 2 weeks. Goodluck.

You can make ID card whenever you want in post office which has immigration counter like the one in cornice. It will cost you around 50 riyal, but you can go for driving test with your RP. your ID No will be the No that shown in the RP. In the parking test, just pretend you are still in practice class as usual & the policeman is your daily instructor. In the road test, just drive normal, not to slow, max 70 km/hr, try to drive at optimum gear (4th gear) as soon as possible. Just a tip, good luck...

Yes u need to take the driving test. I am not sure if you'd take only the road test or all of it. But yes you need to take the test.

It's always the small things that make big differences.

your RP is your ID. ID in a form of card is only a "handy" RP

My question is entirely different.....

If you got driving experience and don't do stupid mistakes, then you will pass. What I heard is that most people fail while parking and reversing :)
