I went to a salon for hair perming last Aug. 28, they showed me a picture and promised my hair would look just like that after perming, after the procedure, my hair looked really nice, but my hair was still wet that time, when I got home and my hair got dry, that's when I realized they ruined my hair. There were no curls, my hair now is horrible!!!! What will I do?? Well, for sure I am going back there to show them what they did. But then what after? Should I ask for refund or just restyle my hair????

That happened to me a few months ago. The best solution would be a Brazilian Blow-out. It will leave your hair silky and smooth for around 3 months and, at least, you will have a good image until your own hair grows and you get rid of the damage. And, when the effect is over, you do it again. It will never harm your hair.

I did it a few weeks ago at Franck Provost, at the Four Seasons Hotel and I am very happy with the results. I don't even have to use the dryer after I wash my hair and it looks really shinny and healthy. It is not cheap but it is worth it. I couldn't look at myself in the mirror and see all those broken and dull hair. Now I am very happy.

Good luck.

.... nightmare continuedIn additition to this the staff there was very very rude. The lady (named "Jeena" ) doing the perm was totally unresponsive. I tried to discuss the procedure and perm type with her and she just wouldnt reply or talk at all. After the wash when i complained about the curls, she started shouting. Then this lady and all the other filipino staff ganged up on us saying " this is curly  , this is curly, if u dont like no problem but u still have to pay" They charged a 350 QR for ruining my hair. If you find a way to get a refund plz share. Also, is there a complains cell where we can register our complain.@tinkerbell10 how can i complain at the municipality? whats their number?

I had the exact same experience at London beauty salon Al-Sadd branch, today. First the ppl at lodon beauty salon refused to give service to us and sent us to vision beauty salon ( a sister branch located in al-sadd). The perming lotion they used gave a permanent smell like veet (hair remover) to my hair. We were made to sit there for 4 hours with all the chemicals in my hair. After the wash my hair looked like a wavy mess not an actual perm at all.  Other than the bad service, the staff was very very rude. The staff member "Jeena" doing the perm , didnt answer any questions and basically didn't talk when i wanted to discuss the procedure and the perming type. When we complained about the hair, the staff started shouting at us. All the philipino workers ganged up on us and started shouting louder than the other saying , " this is curly , this is curly"Above all this nightmare they charged 350 for the ruined hair, please let me know if there is a consumer cell to complain in. Also please share a way to get refund.

La Diva Salon in Muntaza. I went back there to show them what they did to my hair. The manager replied, "you're lucky coz my hair was worse when I permed it", I didn't know what to say... I'm not even sure if I should be upset or feel sorry that the manager thinks to that certain point of level only... Anyhow, once again they sprayed water, mousse, oil... just to make it look ok temporarily.... then I left...

you can complain but i dont think its a good idea to let them re-style your hair and let them ruined your hair again...i dont trust any saloon here...for me its very risky and it was proven again :(

Its a shame that they have damaged your hair however with re- styling you can change the look but since its perming you would need few sessions of hair treatment.

Awww..,, that's a big nightmare for us girls :( You could go back there and have you hair re styled ... Tell them that you went there to have your hair fixed not to damage them ;(
