laundry cleaning for designer handbag

Hi, my gucci handbag got a serious dirt (oil spot) and i need to get it clean ASAP. I went to gucci boutique in villlagio but they dont accept cleaning, only for leather while my handbag is canvas. I tried Ramada laundry cleaning next to mega mart, they also dont accept handbag.
Anyone knows where to bring my gucci? is there any laundry service specialize in designer brand handbag like gucci LV prada etc ?

I had such problem and still .. no laundry wants to take responsibility.. The one thing is to clean by yourself. Buy a stane remover and start.. but before try on a small area..use sponge.. or check in internet how to clean canvas or smth else..
