Al khaliji France (UAE), a subsidiary of Al Khalij Commercial Bank (al khaliji) Q.S.C, is organizing a career day series across the Emirates, in line with its strategic efforts exporting its talent recruitment and retention localization philosophy across its network.

Open to all fresh graduates and entry-level professionals in the UAE banking and finance field, the series are held in Abu Dhabi on November 8, Dubai November 9, and Ras Al Khaimah on November 10, all events will run from 9am-3pm. Interested Sharjah candidates are welcome to join the career open days in Dubai or Ras Al Khaimah. Opportunities are varied and include roles in Credit Risk, Operations, and Branches.

Commenting on this initiative, Fahad Al Khalifa, al khaliji Group Chief Executive Officer, said:

“We have long been guided by a firm belief that young, local talents, possess a level of understanding for their respective markets. Our aim for the career series is to attract and retain that caliber of exceptional local talent. Our regional presence gives the candidates the opportunity to purse roles in the UAE, while building upon experiences from the Qatar and French operations.

The UAE career day series comes on the heels of al khaliji’s announcement of a milestone achievement for its localization program. The bank recently achieved a 100% Qatarization rate across its branch management in Doha – Qatar.

Al Khaliji France is headquartered in Paris and has four branches in the United Arab Emirates which cover Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah. The bank’s services keep pace with the growth and development of the UAE market and provide premium banking facilities that offer an array of packaged services under one brand. The distinct components are: A dedicated relationship manager, preferential rates on loans and deposits, and products that match the lifestyle’s of our customers.
