access internet using blue tooth

How can i access to internet using blue tooth device with XP installed desk top PC.......when i switch on my lap top (vista) it shows all wireless internet connections within the area as well as my connection. but i cant find any network in xp installed desktop PC through a blue tooth device...pl. help me to fix this.

Does your desktop have bluetooth? if not, you can buy a USB bluetooth device.
