u need to contact concern person accordingly

go to qtel main server...www.qtel.com.qa
then go to QATAR INTERNET SERVICES...then go to email here..press "here"
go to forget password
if incase this does not work...send an email to [email protected] to reset your password or retrieve your pass word
or call 8008000 ..press 2 and then again 2...tell them to give your pass word
