hi there,

My toshiba laptop is giving lots of humming noises these days. I hope its not killing time by singing computer songs;)).

and after a bit of humming it suddenly goes off. I've tried many software solutions ,viz, cleaning the memory, making the load at startup less, controlling the CPU processing etc etc. Could anybody tell me what may be the exact reason and also a good service centre where this could be recified.
