HOW TO VIEW TRANSFERED NOKIA CONTACT BOOK IN A PC

anyone can help me in viewing my nokia contact book (arabic)transfered to my PC, its open as vCard format, in outlook but insted of arabic font its shows something like @&@Q!
i have tried installing arabic font to my pc but still problem not solved.
if anyone knows please help me in this
