I have the same internet speed? (2mb)

I thought that 15th of May, Qtel was going to double their internet speeds.

501kbps -> 1 MB
1 MB -> 2 MB
2 MB -> 4 MB

I tested my router using www.speedtest.net and it's the same speed and I checked my router's page and it's the same speed there.

What's wrong?
