QTel Mozaic and Callcentric (VoIP) service

Is there anyone using Callcentric (VoIP) services together with QTel Mozaic (with new black router with 2 VoIP ports)? I can't use them together yet. If I change the router with the older router for Mozaic, it works. I still want to use the new black one as it is made for fibre optic networks which soon will be covering the most of Qatar.

Please advise.
