Registering on QL

Despite several attempts to register on QL,my husband has not received an email with a password.It hasn't gone to junk or spam.I have tried to contact QL for help,but keep getting an automated email saying it will be in spam or junk if he hasn't got it. Can any one suggest what to do next? It seems to be a different sign in system to the one when I registered. Thank you.

There seems to be some problem with registration, even my friend got the same problem, keep trying he got the solution after many attempts,
