unlock for iphone 4.2.1

hello ..
I have accidentally upgraded my iphone 3gs 3.1.3(baseband 5.12.01) to 4.2.1(baseband 05.15.04) and now it is not working in Qatar as it was bought from India.I need to Jailbreak and unlock.is it possible to do that ? if not when is the expected unlock released ? could some one help on this please ?
