Video call in facebook

Dear friends,, There is some problem for my laptop. I am trying to install facebook video call plugins installer. But it's not completing the downloads. almost 1 hr i wait for the completion of downloading.
I can make video call on facebook in another computer. But i cannot do the same thing in my laptop.
