What are Qtel's POP3 & SMTP settings for Outlook or Outlook Express?

I've just set up my email account with Qtel & can access the mail box via IE. The problem is I now need to set up OE or Outlook with the necessary POP3,SMTP and port assignment parameters. Strangely enought Qtel is silent on this information on their web page, indeed within their non-existent 'Help' facilities!

Is anyone able to enlighten me on on this issue.....Thanks

out going, in coming both are mail.qatar.net.qa, you can also have it using qatar.net.qa only

pls try "mail.qatar.net.qa" for both.
