Would you be kind enough to share with us the recepie and the way of cooking shawarma so tat we too can prepare the healthy Shawarma at our own houses rather then having it from any resturants...:)

Gas grill is really not a healthy way..just google to know the side effects of gas grilled food items...

Are you talking about home made? or just the standard everyday handmade, which every shawarma joints do. They don't have robots or machines making them.

the difference is,,,in handmade shawarma chicken is cooked in a different way.., more healthy way....

What I have seen is that shawarma is made by hand only...they scrape the meat with knives using hands, then roll it by hand after adding a few things in the roll by hand. So what is the difference in your suggested hand made?
