Anybody knows reliable satellite dish technician?

Trying to find somebody who can get Eutelsat 36B for me.
I have the proper dish, lnb, receiver and all.
Dish is already on the roof and I know how to set up everything except the satellite signal. Can't get it without the proper tools. Here is the link to all the settings and position for the dish.

Guys please, if you know good dish professional please give me their number.
