Anyone else having problem receiving international sms?

I have qtel number.
Since 3-4 days, i m receiving international sms after a delay of like 8-12 hours, 2-3 sms at a time....
However my sms are sent and received there instantly.
Also local sms are received by me instantly.
I am facing this from different countries and different networks.
Anyone has any ideas as Qtel customer service doesn't have any!!!!
