Does anyone here using Mobile: LGBL20 chocolate??

i bought this phone but it doesnt function well, like shutting down by itself and no signal.. i already exchange it at customer service wer i purchased it, but the same thing happen, wanna know if im the only 1 experiencing it... thanks in advance for the answers!!:)

im using vodafone.. i'll change it later to qtel.. but my other fone has network but it functions well.. anyway thanks for the advice!!:)
