samsung is the only company providing several dual sim cellphones in qatar (range is 600 to 1,400 QR), nokia has no dual sim phones, unless you're buying the imitation nokia phones from china. acer has one being sold in jarir for 1,800 QR. it all depends on your needs.
The best dual sim card phone is Videocon from india costing only QR.180 only.It also has voice recorder, MMS, memory card and most important thing is very long battery life. I dont know where can u get it in qatar but if you have any friend in india ask them to buy one for you. Costing Rs.2000 only. with camera is Rs.2800(QR.240)
