For 42" LCD, there is no need an extra packing. they will send it to another door by themselves, while u taking Boarding pass. and in Hydrebad, I don't know what is the situation. I carried to mumbai last year and they asked me more money as tax. but i paid 2000/- INR. so if u are talking well, they will allow u by some money without reciept. Wish u Happy journey.

No extra packing required, and can travel without paying tax as the taxes are very minimum Rs3500/- Only for domestic usage. If willing to pay please insist to take the custom receipt.

we can take only 32 LCD without any issues but i dont think 40 inches we may need to pay tax there and it depends if you can manage the customs by paying some thing off the record if at all possible.
