i'm planning to buy iphone 4, i just want to ask somebody having knowledge about iphone 4. is iphone 4 is factory unlocked or needs to be unlocked because i will use it in the philippines?

Go and buy from Vodafone store any where with the lowest price in Qatar unlock version which Work any where in world with any sim with no lock issue
