mobile internet rates

Hi,
I am planning to get a PDA phone to use for leisure, mostly casual surfing n chatting on the phone.

Now i am choosing between Blackberry and Windows Mobile phones but I notice the rates charged by Qtel for Blackberry usage is QR125 for 10Mb but QR10 per 1Mb for mobile internet. So does this mean its cheaper to use pay as u go mobile internet if i'm not heavy user?

If you plan to use the PDA only for internet, the cheapest is getting mobile broadband sim from Qtel, with that you can get the lowest subscription of 100/- per month with a data allowance of 1GB. + you can send sms at regular rates but no voice calls in that sim.
