Mozaic TV - advice needed

I'm moving house soon and am planning to sign up for Mozaic TV. Couple of questions though...

- Will I be able to use it with my existing landline number?

- How simple or otherwise are the application and installation procedures?

- What packages do I need to watch the PremierLeague, Champions League, Serie A and La Liga?
