My ipod and iphone are not working. Where can i fix them?

Hi guys..
My iphone is stuck in restore mode, and nobody seems to know where i can fix it. Someone contacted me about it here a few days back, but when i call him, he doesn't answer.

As for my ipod, it is a classic 30GB, not an ipod touch.
It needs a new battery.

If anybody can give me advice about this I'd really appreciate it! Thanks!

Hi.

As for the iPhone, you should be able to solve that by putting the phone into DFU (Device Failsafe Utility) mode. It's quite simple to do, and if you do a quick google search of "How to DFU iPhone" you should be able to find a guide/video of how to do it.

For the iPod, take it to the official apple dealer which is located near the Jaidah flyover, they have replaced a battery in my old iPod nano before. It cost about QR 70.
