PS3 Jailbreak/Downgrade/Modification shop?

Aoa people! Does anyone know if there is a shop in Doha where I can get my PS3 downgraded from 4.10 to 3.55 and then get it modded for a good price (through that e3 flasher and trueblue stuff)? And are there chances of it getting bricked? Please kindly tell me the location and if possible, contact of the shop. And also, is there any shop in doha where I can buy USED ps3 games?
