what shop can clean hot pixels on my dlsr?

i bought a dslr last week, somehow i noticed that there is a tiny red dot on every photos i have taken. it is really annoying and research about it. its called hot pixel, and i wonder if cleaning the sensor would remove it? or is there a problem in the camera body?

The problem seems to be in the "Settings".
