Where is Apple service center

Guys,

Is there any AUTHORIZED apple service center for IPHONE. Actually i want to avial "Battery replacement program" (below link) initiated by apple and my phone is eligible, but dont know among somany iphone service center which one is authorized or apple reseller.

I know the one in Wakra, it is on your right hand side after the first roundabout "the roundabout before the seashell R/A". after GMC Service Centre.
