Phoned SAQR who quoted me QR2,995 for the European model. Similarly for 51 East. What a rip off when the official price is QR1,699.

Virgin just called me today (4 weeks later) to stay they have stock in... if anyone interested (ambsey).

Finally, got a European PS4 courtesy of Jarir Bookstore on Salwa Road who were kind enough to call me up and give advance notice. They had around 100 units according to the assistant.
The bundle was QR2175 with a 1 year warranty and included:
- PS4 console with Killzone Shadowfall (QR1899)
- PS4 carry case (QR197)
- $20 PSN voucher (QR79)
The above bundle was also available with two games - Killzone and Call of Duty: Ghosts. Unfortunately, they're not selling without the case and voucher!

Thanks Speedy for the info, I know they were left without the stock, but what I really wonder why they didn't put PS3 on proper sale? Im sure lot's of people just wait for the prices to drop in order to buy the old console, as its future is secured for at least next 2 or even 3 years.
PS4 is still only for hardcore gamers who never can wait to get the newest, even they can actually play only a few titles with it.
BobbPenn, I eventually got it pre-ordered at Virgin Megastore for 1699 (console only).They're sold out at the moment but expecting stock before Xmas so I would pop in there.
wtf I checked yesterday in 51 East and Jarir Bookstore and no sign of PS4. They didn't even put PS3 on sale price (ok, maybe a little). Anyone knows where actually I can see PS4 on the shelves for the regular price of 1699?
