This year I had changed the look of my Aviary.
Added Plants, Cages, Water Fall, Mist Fan, Exhauster etc. Inmates now 74 including babies.
This season I had already 19 varieties out of that 10 already breeding. Here is some photos from the Aviary
This is night view of my aviary. Day time natural sunlight for them through green net. Out door plants are there growing healthy. Edges of aviary is covered to protect rain & direct sunlight to overcome harsh summer & winter. I dont lock them in cages except for some species who need privacy at the time of breeding.
Okay, hens and cocks excepted. Even then, they should still have access to natural light of which there looks to be little or none in that aviary. Shocking.

Maybe. But either way, it looks like a grim place for a bird to live.
redtreble..I think he did mention its an outdoor Aviary so the birds are getting natural light? :)

redtreble how can Hens and Cocks fly?
I couldn't think of many things sadder than keeping birds that should be flying free, locked up in cages.
What a grim miserable existence.
How peaceful looking.
Nice Hobby! Isn't it expensive?
