maybe Cond*m Tower was measured before it was completely erected...

The tallest will be 115 floors bldg next to city center and AL Quads Tower is next with 100 floors adjoining W Hotel. Both are on hold at the moment and Al Quads design revisions are on going.

Didnt look at towers so closely, but always thought that cond*m tower was the tallest due to the long spike at the end.
Kempinski in West Bay is the tallest.
