ADD A MEMBER TO FAMILY VISA

AA wrwb....

I just passed 12 from india and now i am in a month visit in qatat.I would like to know how to get me myself added to the family visa of my family.

Note:

1.My dad ,mom,sister have the visa.

2.I had the family visa for 5years duration when i studied here and it got itself cancelled when i failed to comw to qatar within 1 year.

It would be really kind enough if i could know is there any way to get myself enrolled in the family visa,so that i can maintain it with1 year arrival,.
