Respected brother,

Its very sad to hear from you this, for doing any personals things, first look , is that allowed in ISLAM then look for the country's law,

So you dont want to knw what ALLAH says, brother plz Look for willingness & orders of Ruler (Maalik), the Creator, the almighty and all wise of 7 skies, twinkiling stars,Galaxies, waveful Oceans,Strong rooted Mountians, wild forests, 18,000/ varieties of species including humans, The lord of the MarshiQ wal Magrib,

Almighty Allah says,"Proclaim what you have been ordered to," (15:94)

Abu Sa'id al-Khudri said,(R:A)"I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say, 'Whoever of you sees something wrong should change it with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue; if he cannot, then with his heart, and that is the weakest form of belief.'[Muslim]

You who believe (in God and His revelations)! Be upholders of justice, bearing witness for God alone, even against yourselves or your parents and relatives. Whether they are rich or poor, God is well able to look after them. Do not follow your own desires and deviate from the truth. If you twist or turn away, God is aware of what you do. (Qur'an, 4:135)

“And among His signs is that He created for you mates from among yourselves; that you may dwell with them in serenity and tranquility. And He has put love and compassion between your hearts. Truly in that are signs for those who reflect.” (Quran 30:21)

Insha allah you will get a good girl than this, so please dont marry her unless she embrace ISLAM, and she should embrace ISLAM after knowing all the five pillars of ISLAM and by practising, her ISLAM acceptance intention should not to marry you. Then its forbiden to marry a non muslim and also to live with her. I heard from some scholars that Living with a non-muslim spouse is Haraam or something like that. So please dont go behind your personal desires, Turn to allah, see my brother allah created you and made you to reach this stage, so do you think that allah wont give you a good spouse too.....? Insha allah, you will get a swalihath, Turn to allah and ask for a swalihath girl, As our other QL members told. Its not permitted in ISLAM, if you obey allah, then allah wil be with you always, do you think by refusing allah's comand you will get a peaceful life.

First try that girl to teach ISLAM , then if she accepts. Then you can marry if not plz forget her and look for another Swalihath Girl

May allah grace & guide all of us.

And also grace all of us to get a swalihath spouse and kids

WassaLaaaaaaaaM

ur brother in ISLAM

May allah reward all the members who participated above for the sake of almight allah.

Dear Brother Abu,

I doubt your love towards her is merely Infatuation, if you seriously love her then you must be in a position to convey her the message of Islam which is the only way that can lead to Heaven.

As far as Sharia is concerned, you can marry any Jew or Christian Girl even if she wants to remain on her religion, but the children will rise Muslims(FYI - Jesus[pbuh] was himself a Muslim).

Yahdikumullahu lana wa lakum.

@ Mehek : -

Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 5 Surah Maidah verse 5 (part):

(Lawful unto the believers in marriage) are (not only) chaste women who are believers but chaste women among the People of the Book (Jews and Christians) revealed before your time, when ye give them their due dowers and desire chastity, not lewdness nor secret intrigues.

Respected brother in Islam, there is an allowance and a permission in Shariah Law for a believer to marry amongst the chaste women of the ‘People of the Book’ (Jews and Christians), if indeed they wish to do so. A marriage between a Muslim man and a (Jewish or) Christian woman would be considered absolutely legal and lawful in the Sight of Shariah Law and in the Sight of Allah Subhanah, even if the Christian woman chose not to revert to Islam before her marriage.
