I dont know the number. But I can tell the location for 2.

One is behind emirates ie oppsite Lulu. Other one between emirates and lulu go further to matar qadeem street. after 20 meter from the signal you can see another one

thank u for replying....i googled before posting the question but didnt found details of any centre near hilal....regarding contacting qtel...i donno how? u have number.....from qtels site i cud find only qtel customer service no. i guess that is for telecom issues
