Anyone can give me advise, regarding my Maid that she has to send home or..
I am not happy to my maid and I want to replace her w/ the new maid. Sometimes I am thinking not to cancel her just because I wanted to give her chance to work as well here,but because w/ the new rule in visa department, they need to cancel her visa in order to get another visa for the maid. any one can give me advise nor idea.
If you don't cancel your maid's visa and send her home she is still considered your legal responsibility/liability. And if you don't cancel her visa you can't have another maid.
i passed through the same situation. i wanted to send her back in 3rd month and 100% took the dicision also. Then i talk to one of my qatari freind about the procedure etc.... He told me wait...if she have some bad habbti or something like that ok u can send her back.otherwise give her time bec. we know verywell about housemaids.. it will take time to get into the track as u want. so give her time. she is maid but still she has feeling or homesick by leaving her loved ones. he told me sometimes it will take 1 year to mould her as ur likes. in my case she is still with me 2 years and a good trusted housemaid. the early months were really useless and problams. so i don't know what ur case will be but i suggest u talk to her what u r expecting from her and don't make a feeling that u r very far from us bec. ur a maid...specially in the early months. but still i dont't know what type of problm ur facing with her.if u bring a new one will it solve ur problm? who knows what type she is.. so this is just luck.
