Awful!!! Even if the woman is forced to do this due to some difficult conditions one should not ignore the poor kid. I would suggest to consult the Family Care Centre near sports roundabout...

good night

Hi check with her first if this is the case. If it is then see or suggest to her how it can be solved. Maybe she has no one to take care of the child or she need some help or such...dont jump to conclusions cause it may cause bigger problems for her and the child... Good luck ....

Try to help her, of course she is forced to do that, nobody can do this easily, if its serious call the police, but try to talk to her first, as long as u care, my regards.

You could go to the Ministry building opp Hamad, they deal with public health and children's affairs. There is a social services for children but i don't know where it is. I would get someone else to witness this before though, this lady could make your life difficult if it's your word against hers. If I was in the UK I would call the Police and say I smell gas coming from the house then let them find out for themselves, that way you only look stupid for getting it wrong rather than your neighbour thinking you reported her.

Lastly, you are a very good person, it's easy to turn the other cheek JJ
