Child Sponsorship pls advice

Hi all,

We are planning a have a baby and have few questions regards visa of the child.
One of my friend said we will not be able to keep our child with us as we can not sponsor the child's visa. We both myself and my husband jointly earn less then 10k.
Pls advice which visa and how we can get for our child to keep with us. Pls advice and help.

Unfortunately, that is the rule. Unless the mother of the child is under husband sponsorship, only then the father can sponsor the baby. No other option. Work out on your transfer to your husband's sponsorship first, if you can manage. If you can, then that's great. If not, then chances are, you'll be sent home within a month or 2 after the baby is born.
