Dear Housemaid ...please help

Dear,

Please guid and help me to find out a suitable Housemaid to take care of my wife after her delivery for a period of 2-4 months.

My questions are:
1- is it legal to hire someone out of the labor office?
2-what is my responsibility in this case?
3-what is the terms for the housemaid, salary, off days, working time, medical care.....
anybody have the same experience please help and provide a contact.
