Do i need NOC to change my job?

I am a working woman under husband sponsorship and i want to change my job.
Is there any minimum time i should stick to one job before i can shift to another job (as per qatar labour law), if i am having a labour card from one company but i am under the sponsership of my husband.

Thanks for the reply friends,

i haven't signed an agreement with the firm,and its hardly 5 months now since i joined.Its just 2 days back they informed us of applying for labour card,at present i have another job offer so is it possible for me to resign shortly after getting my labour card or while teh processing is going on?

Exactly true, wat ARIEN has said..U r under ur husband sponsorship, no NOC requires when u wanna change in ur job...But yes, u need to hand over ur LABOUR CARD to ur employer..

You dont need NOC to change job.

Just releive according to the agreed terms with the existing company.
