Health Centre to go if living in Najma Street

We just arrived in Doha, 4th week of September and just got the residence visa stamped in our passports last week. We need to bring my son, 5 months old, to the nearest health centre from our place (as what my husband's colleague advised him) for registration in order to avail his regular vaccination...Kindly advise the name of the centre, street or nearest landmark. Thank you...

drmana, thanks for your immediate response. Your link has been very useful. We will just search Muntaza Health Centre from the map...Highly appreciate as my son missed already his supposedly scheduled vaccines last month (with reference to his health card)...
