Help in getting a Nanny.

...Hi Guys, I badly need a nanny. My wife goes to work now and so I am. I just needed someone to look after my kids from 7 am to 7 pm because we both have the same work schedules. For now my Brother is taking care of my both kids. Is there any one know about getting a nanny here in Qatar? or Maybe a could just get housemaid instead? By the way my kids are 3 1/2 years old baby girl and a 2 years old baby boy.
