How can my mom get a residence permit here?

My dad had passed away in 2012 and my mom living in India alone. I would like to bring her on the permanent basis. Me and my wife here since last year. So, could you please tell me what all the possibilities and procedures for the same?

Yes, She can back again & again but on the visit visa only.

Parents is second family not immediate so u can bring in 3 months visit only
