hi...
i came to qatar with a visa from a company and i was working in another company under same sponsor. after 6 months they told me that they are not able to afford me, utilize me so they told me they will give me change. or NOC. IF I PAY 12000qr

i waited for a suitable job.........

i fed up by going to interviews. since every one is asking for experience.. i want to prove that experience does not matter if u r willing to learn and work. so i started a new business with another sponsor.
i got the CR for the new company and the computer card and others things are not yet ready.

at the mean time the sponsor told me that they cannot wait any longer i must change my sponsorship as soon as possible.
so i gave him the papers to change my sponsorship from his company to a company which my new sponsor already have. and i payed him the money.

when i submitted the papers for changing, the imigration people told me that my visa is project visa and it is not transferable but can be renewed as many times i want.

so visa change failed.

now what he did to me is...
he cancelled my visa. my visa is valid till next year.
he made me sign blank papers.
he told me he will give my passport to CID.
now the today's situation is....
i must take a ticket for tonight. and fly back to india tonight. if i do that, i said that he will give NOC.
(he already cancelled my visa.)
otherwise...
he will hand over my passport to CID...

what i will do?
i dont have much time to sit on this computer and go through all your suggestions.
i leave my number here.
66069426.
if any one is willing to help, please call me..

my father is here, he is sick and there is no one to look after him. i already invested a huge amount of money for the business here. these are the reasons that i want to come here. i wanted to be with my father and help him. as a son, i want to do all my duties and responsibilities...

may be this is my last forum from qatar...
take care my friends....
thanks in advance...

i am ready to go back to india and come here in a new visa....

but instead of canceling my visa and gave my passport, ticket and exit permit to me, they gave it to CID.

what i will do next.

how can i get my passport back from CID and go back to india.

i want to come back here. i dont want to go from here for ever.

so what i have to do?

this is my present situation..

thanks for your valuable advice friends...

i am still in qatar.

now i got a chance to know who my original sponsor is, his name and mobile number.

i am trying to meet him directly and explain him everything..

so its just a matter of time...

i dont know whats next until i meet him...

i dont want problems with any one.

so if a friendly talk solves the problem, i prefer that way..

one of my friend told me to go to human rights deparment near landmark.

i went there and they told me first i must make a complante in labour department.

when i went to labor department they told me they accept only the complante with settlement of salary.

i am not much worried about the money.

the most important thing for me is to stay here...

till all my paper works for my company is finished.

then only i can come back under that company visa.

if i am forced to go, then there is no one to do all the required paper works for its license and computer card.

hope u understand my situation...

take care friends...

Project Visa (RED Visa)is mainly obtained for Indian nationals.

For this type of Visa NOC is not required because Project visa can not be transferable, you have to exit and comeback with a new visa with any other company.

dont ever ignore experience. Be it work related or life related.

Since your visa is a project visa, from my understanding you will not require a NOC. Go to immigration dept ASAP and talk with them related. Or Talk with a PRO / lawyer who can provide you with complete rules and law in qatar.

Good luck
