u heard the news of Dubai where one can sponsor a house maid of his/her own nationality under the new rule.

As far as I know, you can't sponsor a maid using kadama(maid in arabic) visa of the same nationality. example: Indian cannot sponsor an Indian maid but can sponsor other nationality maid like Sri Lankan, Pakistani etc..

I have also heard about indians being able to sponsor indian maid. Has anyone done this lately? I am looking to sponsor one, please let me know what is the process.
