Is ir required to cancel karama account before cancelling RP?

Hai,

My Qatar Residence visa is going to be caleclled by this month and I will leave qatar,But my wife and son will contine here with their separeate visa (they are not under my sponsorship).

Our flat contract and karama(water&electricity) in my name and the house contract will be completed by next month end.

Is it required to cancel/transfer karam before cancelling my RP?.

For transferring karama account to my wife's name,it is reqiored house contract in her name, but it is not possible at this time(bcz our contract is going to be completed by next month end).

Please advise....

iT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT REQUIRED TO DO ANYTHING except if you need to have back your 2000 rials deposit, my son left in december, never got his 2000 back, the bills are still in his name and the owner of the house pays them so there is no issue. Very weird, but he cancelled his RP and they never asked about his karama clearance.
