lactose free/dairy free food

hi does anyone know where best to buy dairy free.lactose free products.we do get cheese and butter from mega mart(and pay alot for it)but wondered if anyone knows of a nother shop selling anything else?my son aged one is allergic to lactose and dairy.

Hi...maybe I can help. Im dairy intolerant too so as a chef, have started making my own bars. See post RAW 'CLEAN' SNACKS

Hi. I'm pretty sure that Carrefor has a vegan/ special diet needs section. Also Giant Stores in Hyatt Plaza. You might find what you need there?
