Ideal School: http://www.idealscho...

Birla Public School: http://www.bpsdoha.e...

DPS: http://www.dpsmisdoh...

MES: http://www.mesqatar....

Doha Modern Indian school: http://www.gemseduca...

I would recommend DPS, for the quality of Education and extracurricular activities

Its not easy to get a compound villa for that amount. You may need to settle with a nice 3 Bedroom apartment. You can get villa in outskirts for 12k.

Good residential locations are.. Al Saad, old Airport, hilal, Mansoora, Mumtazah etc.

We have a nice friendly lady from Mumbai on QL. She is on vacation..maybe she can help you more with your community people... her id is 'Shreeya'

Family Visa - Depends on the company...in normal case it wont take more than one to two month.

Social life is good if you make friends with like minded people. Lots of Indians here, .. I don’t think you will have any problem in socializing.. I suggest you get in touch with preferred schools before coming here....so that they can start from the next term. It won’t be prob for kids as the Indian schools follow the same CBSE syllabus as in India.

If you are here alone with kids...its not that easy... hope your hubby is also accompanying you.

If you have any specific question please ask…. we will be happy to answer you.
