Location of the Library in Al Rayyan

Can anyone give me directions to the public library in Al Rayyan (I know there is one as I just spoke to the guys there on the phone but couldn't make head nor tail of the directions they gave me, something about just before the old Al Rayyan club??!)

I know where the Post Office and HSBC are in Al Rayyan and I know the big Family Food Centre so any directions that can relate to these landmarks would be much appreciated!!
