medical facilities

hi,

im new in doha... and wanted to understand how the medical system works here. i have recently got my health card made for hamad hospital.

now in case of any minor illness do we need to go to hamad or go to health centers? pls clarify im a lil confused.

the staff at hamad hospital are most uncooperative.
