But, the procedure is not yet clear as Immigration is still preparing the things and Labor is no longer processing. I heard that it can take around month to start the process through immigration.
Chamal is Right. Now family visa procedure is only under MOI. No any concern with Labor Dept.. but no one knows the effecting date. Yesterday I went to labor Dept. and still every thing is under Labor Dept.
Do you mean to say family visa can be issued from MOI without MOL coming in picture? I haven't really heard of any such so-called new process though!!!
